- India will advance by six weeks to May 15, 2013
- China will advance by two months to June 1, 2021
- All other countries will advance by 2 months to February 1, 2024

- India will advance by one month to September 22, 2013
- China will advance by one month to April 1, 2021
- All other countries will advance by two weeks to April 15, 2023

EB-4 Special Immigrants & Religious Workers
- All countries will advance by two months to September 1, 2020

- Philippines will advance by one week to October 8, 2012

- Philippines will advance by 1.3 months to November 1, 2004
F-4 Brothers and Sisters of Adult U.S. Citizens
- F4 Philippines will advance by 3.8 months to July 15, 2006

FINAL ACTION DATES FOR EMPLOYMENT-BASED PREFERENCE CASES
The following Final Action cutoff dates will apply for employment-based categories in the month of December.
EB-1 Aliens of extraordinary ability, Outstanding Professors and Researchers, and Certain Multinational Managers or Executives
- EB-1 India will advance by one month to March 15, 2022
- EB-1 China will advance by one month to January 22, 2023

Conclusion
The December Visa Bulletin brings modest advancements of one to two months for most employment-based Final Action Dates. The biggest winners are EB-5 India Unreserved which will advance by 5 months to July 1, 2021, and EB-5 China Unreserved which will advance by 7 months to July 15, 2016. EB-2 Worldwide, Mexico, and the Philippines will move forward 2 months to February 1, 2024, while EB-1 remains current except for India and China.
There were no changes in the Dates for Filing chart except for EB-5 China Unreserved which will advance by three weeks to July 22, 2016.
In the family-sponsored categories there were modest advancements in some categories of 3 to 5 months, with the biggest winner being F-2B Mexico advancing 5 months to May 15, 2008.
There were no changes to the Dates for Filing chart, except F2A all countries will advance 1 month to November 22, 2025.
